The registered address, verified support channel and commercial governing-law clauses are awaiting confirmation. This preview is not a public commercial launch. No live charges are enabled. These drafts require qualified legal review before commercial use.
The service
Studio provides private office workspaces, source-file storage, drafting preferences and a planned assisted PDF/DWFx-to-DWG workflow. The current drawing engine is not connected. Upload acceptance, an illustrative animation, or an API connection test does not represent successful conversion. Features, availability and processing times can change during the preview.
Accounts and authority
Use your own authenticated account, accurate contact details, and office invitations only for people authorized to access that office’s files. Owners are responsible for their team permissions. People under 18 must involve an authorized parent or guardian before entering a commercial agreement; paid checkout is disabled in this preview. Do not provide unnecessary personal or sensitive information in drawings.
Professional responsibility
Review every output, scale, unit, layer, dimension and annotation before relying on it. Studio outputs are not automatically certified for construction, structural safety, permitting or compliance with building codes. A qualified professional must determine suitability for the intended use.
Changes, termination and liability
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Misuse may lead to access restrictions, with notice where practicable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. No clause excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that law does not permit to be excluded. Any commercial liability cap, dispute forum and governing-law clause must be agreed and reviewed by counsel before launch.

Data collected
Studio receives your sign-in identifier and email from its authentication gateway. It stores profile and office names, team memberships and invitations, uploaded files, drawing instructions, saved preferences, job history, language, country, time zone, notification choices, policy acceptance records and optional age range. Exact birth dates are not requested. Test subscriptions and account-service requests are also stored.
Purpose and legal bases
Data is used to operate the account, enforce access and usage limits, provide requested drafting services, maintain security and respond to account requests. Before commercial launch, the operator must document applicable contractual, legitimate-interest and legal-obligation bases and consent where required. Marketing is opt-in and is disabled for an account that declares an under-18 age range.
Service providers and transfers
The site uses Sites authentication and hosting, with Cloudflare-backed database and object storage. xAI, Stripe and an email provider are planned or configurable integrations. The drawing engine and email delivery are currently unconnected. Payment details, when test checkout is configured, are collected on Stripe-hosted pages rather than stored by Studio. Provider contracts, processing locations, international-transfer safeguards and a full subprocessor list require operator verification.
Rights and retention
Settings provides a metadata export with authenticated source-file links and an account-deletion request. Deletion requests are queued for operator review; submission is not confirmation of erasure. Files are currently retained while the office exists. Backup retention, legal record retention and deletion service levels are not finalized and must be published before commercial launch. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability rights are not waived.
Acceptable Use Policy
Authorized files
Upload only material you own or are authorized to process and share with your office. Do not upload unlawfully obtained plans, malware, credentials, unnecessary sensitive personal information or material that violates third-party rights.
Protect the service
Do not bypass file limits, quotas, payment checks or office isolation; probe other users’ data; share invitation links with unauthorized people; or misrepresent automated output as approved professional work. Reasonable security reports are welcome through the verified security contact once configured.
Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Plans
Monthly USD reference prices: Starter $199 for 5 new drawing jobs, 1 concurrent job and 30 MB files; Professional $299 for 20 jobs, 2 concurrent jobs and 50 MB files; Premium $899 for 100 jobs, 5 concurrent jobs and 50 MB files. Enterprise starts at $9,999 with separately agreed finite quotas and concurrency, normally 50 MB per file. A new accepted source job uses one monthly drawing; instructions or revisions attached to that job do not create another monthly drawing.
Preview and payment
Test-plan selection updates server entitlements without payment. Test periods reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Test usage is not a financial invoice. Switching plans does not erase usage in the current period. Stripe test checkout is available only after merchant credentials and matching prices are configured. Live billing is disabled. A card click or successful browser redirect never confirms payment.
Changes and cancellation
Test plans can be changed in My Plan. A smaller plan cannot be selected while active jobs exceed its concurrency allowance. Test cancellation stops renewal at the displayed test-period end. When payment-provider subscriptions are configured, use the hosted portal for payment methods, invoices, changes and cancellation. Commercial proration, effective downgrade dates, tax treatment and refund rules require confirmation before live billing.
Refund Policy
No preview charges
No real payment is collected for the current preview, so a test-plan selection or Stripe test transaction has no actual amount to refund.
Future commercial service
The operator must publish clear eligibility, deadlines and handling procedures before accepting live payments. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. This draft does not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Enterprise refund terms require the approved agreement and applicable law.
AI-Generated Drawing Disclaimer
Review is required
Automated interpretation may omit, invent or misplace geometry, dimensions, text, layers and symbols. Verify outputs against the original source and project requirements. A QA result is a technical check, not regulatory approval, a safety certification, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Current status
The existing Grok-based drafting workflow will be connected after its code and capabilities are inspected. No end-to-end architectural conversion has yet been verified in this product. RT is the interface and communications assistant; it is not represented as having personally performed CAD work.
Intellectual Property and File Ownership
Your material
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded files and instructions. You grant only the permissions necessary to store, process and deliver the requested service, subject to the final provider agreements and applicable law. Team access follows office membership.
Outputs and third-party rights
Studio does not claim ownership of your architectural design merely because you upload it. Rights in generated outputs may depend on your source rights, human contribution, third-party materials, provider terms and local law. No guarantee of copyright eligibility or non-infringement is made. The operator must finalize provider licensing terms before commercial conversion.
Data Retention and Deletion
Current retention
The preview retains office files, instructions and job records until deletion is handled. Invitation links expire after seven days and may be revoked sooner. Expired invitation records and policy acceptance records can remain for audit.
Requests and shared offices
Use Settings to request account deletion. The operator must verify scope, ownership and any lawful retention need. An employee’s request must not silently erase a shared office or another member’s files. Until processing is complete the interface must not state that data has been deleted. Final backup expiry, deletion time frames and billing-record retention must be set before commercial launch.
Security and Confidentiality
Controls implemented
Private APIs require the trusted sign-in identity and scope office data to membership. Writes validate their origin. Invitation tokens are hashed and bound to an email address. API secrets remain in server runtime configuration. Usage admission uses database checks; files are served through authenticated routes.
Limits and incident response
No online service can promise absolute security or confidentiality. Studio has not claimed independent security certification. Do not upload secrets or restricted projects unless the preview’s controls and provider arrangements meet your obligations. The verified security contact and incident-response process must be finalized before commercial launch.
